Digestive Tea

If you have been feeling bloated, heavy, gaseous, or experiencing general food intolerances, then this Tea is the perfect drink for you!

This recipe is good for all 3 doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) as it helps in improving digestive juices in the stomach and improve the Agni (metabolic fire).

Made with a concoction of Indian spices:

  • +1 tsp Cumin seeds

  • +1 tsp coriander seeds

  • +1 tsp Fennel Seeds

  • +1 Cardamom

  • + Pinch of Carrom Seeds (aka Bishops Weed OR Ajwain)

Boil this in 500ML water for a few minutes and bring it to half (250ML). Filter and drink on empty stomach in the mornings. You can also have this tea 3 times a day before every single meal to aid in digestion.

And now you’re good to enjoy your favorite meal!
