Anti Covid 19 Tea

Ingredients:

  • 5 bulbs of Garlic

  • 7/8 Cloves

  • 15 Tulsi leaves OR 20 Basil leaves

  • 1 TSP Ajwain/Carom seeds

  • 4 Mint leaves

  • 10 Black Pepper

  • Ginger

Procedure: - Crush all of the above

  • Add 6 cups of water - Boil down to 3 cups of water

  • After boiling, add 1/2 tsp of Turmeric

  • Drink hot 2 times a day

Benefits of each ingredient:

  • Garlic : anti-inflammatory & anti-viral properties

  • Cloves : strengthens the immune system, promotes respiratory health, protects the liver

  • Tulsi/Basil : anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory

  • Ajwain/Carom seeds: anti-bacterial & anti-inflammatory properties, boost respiratory health

  • Mint leaves : anti-bacterial & anti-inflammatory properties

  • Black pepper: strong anti-inflammatory properties

  • Ginger : Fights common respiratory problems

  • Tur: Boosts immunity
