Metabolism Tea

How to boost your immunity and metabolism with simple ingredients from your kitchen?

The MetabolismTea is my all time favourite recipe to boost the digestive Agni (metabolic fire in the stomach). ☕🔥 If you are Kapha dosh or Vata dosha and have cool body and low metabolic fire, then have this tea concoction 2-3 times a day post meals. You can also boost your immunity with these ingredients that have anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-allergic properties.

Take

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 1 cardamom

  • 1 clove

  • 1/2 TSP grated ginger

  • 3 pepper corns

  • 1 🍋 lemon squeezed

  • 1 pinch of turmeric

  • Black Jaggery or Coconut Sugar for taste.

  • Do not use honey in warm teas above 37 degrees

Boil in 1 cup of water. Add black Jaggery/Coconut sugar for taste. And drink post meals to give your body the required boost to burn fat, improve metabolism and lose weight.
