You contact us either through the contact number or E-mail provided to start your wellness journey. The only way this new way of eating would yield results and benefit you is with your discipline and consistency. Promise me this for 3-6 months, so that it turns into a habit and then see the wonderful miracles that this human body can do.
OUR FIRSTCONSULTATION
Our first call usually lasts between 60 to 90 minutes where I will try to gather as much information about your profile and body behaviour that includes your current eating habits ,weight history, your medical history, your concerns, food preferences, your goals ,family medical history , food allergies or intolerances.From understanding and analysing this , we will aim to develop a game plan together and set our expectations from beginning.
OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER
Once the Nutrition plan has been shared , I will explain the reasoning behind the plan or changes including how they will affect your body and what you can expect.After the guidance is given, WhatsApp support will be provided according to the timings shared , Monday to Saturday. I ask most of my clients to connect back to review the improvements every 2 weeks. These follow ups are good because they help in realigning the nutritional guidance and track your progress as you move forward in your goals.We ask you to be patient as every food plan takes 3-6 months to show positive results.
